Is it real to commute a sentence?

Just got home after one week vacation and noticed ban notification for the offencive speach(2nd and this time it's permanent)

The message for which i got banned was 'what a r*****ed teamw'.. out of the context most likely i deserve it, but if i remember this very game where i said that, that was a game where 2 my teammates were provoking me in voice chat very VERY agressively for the whole game(nowhere near as innocent as word r****d).. I already contacted ea.help to review the voice chat and commute my sentence from permanent ban to something less significant.

And now im curious does anybody have successful ban appeal ever or I should look for a new game?

@djentyman Try appealing first before moving on. Everything you type can be used against you.

@EA_Illium ty but i didn't ask for that lol. i asked community if they ever had successfull appeal in situations same or close to my..
