Is Revenant intended to be crouching all the time?

He's currently faster while crouched than walking while hip-firing, ADS, and while healing. The only time he wants to not be crouched is during sprint. Is this intended design?

Seems like that, he has a real low crouch too, utilizing this makes him quite a hard target to hit

Have a feeling it's gonna be OP once people start using it correctly.
