Not really?  I mean if you're referring specifically to cycle cap style decks, it can cycle, but there are better zombie heroes for that as well.  There are so many different deck styles for each hero none of them really "Match up".  Some decks can have similarities in their utility, but to say they're versions of each other would be oversimplifying it.
