Irregular activity

I submitted a ticket because my account no longer has the in-game chat option after the last update.  Received an email back saying I had irregular activity and they sent me a link to call by phone.  The office was closed when I opened the link. The next morning the link expired. 

 

For the life of me I cannot figure out how to get live chat support or find a number to call.

@EA_Aljo Thanks, but it's the same deal. Just sends me to the help.ea support. doesn't actually get me in touch with a real person. I have 3 tickets out already on this issue and Still can't contact anyone.

@EA_Aljo US. During business hours I get a message saying did someone have a problem: oh that right, that's us

During non business hours I get a link saying to contact them during business hours

@EA_Aljo The status of all my cases say waiting on player and the recommended support option is to call via phone.

We don't have a number you can call in the US. You should be able to request a call back though. We're open now so I suggest creating another case here: http://bit.ly/EA_Contact_Us.

@EA_Aljo it's all the same. This will be the 5th case I opened. So does that mean I will have to delete the other cases?

No. You shouldn't have to do that. Just try opening a new case and let me know what happens.

It's not letting me make a new case anymore.  I go to a screen saying the recommended support option is:
