I bought the ultimate battle pass for season 22 split 2 and it took 3 days of me contacting the chat for them to get them to apply it to my account. They finally did and I did not receive my instant rewards of 8 apex packs and 1200 crafting materials. I asked the rep and they said it would be to difficult to give me what I purchased. How do I contact someone that is willing to work through these harsh and difficult situations?

I am having the same Problem but I bought the ultimate pass first, completed it and then bought the ultimate + Upgrade in wich I hoped to get tue instand rewards too...
