Injured players during next season ?

Since a lot of stars are going to be injured next season and miss at least half of the season  Durant, Klay , Nurkic, Cousins you should add their cards constantly as season progress  like you did when Gordon Hayward was injured during season 2 so that we can play with them whole season and have them in the game at least if they aren't gonna be on the court in the RL .
