What happens when the bug occurs? My squadmate deathchasing has been incorrectly identified as cheating, when I know that's not possible. I've checked their computer myself and there's nothing, and I was playing with them when they were first banned for cheating.
What should be happening instead? They should be able to play the game.

My squadmate has been incorrectly identified as a cheater and banned. When they reached out to support the automated service claimed it "confirmed" they were cheating. This is not possible. I've checked the computer myself and was playing with them at the time they were accused of cheating.
