Hello

Currently I'm playing you on an intel imac via bootcamp at Star wars Battlefronr 2 with my Origin store library.
My question.
Can you tell me if the Origin store library will soon be available for Imacs with the M1 chip?

Paralele desktop 16 is now available for mac M1 to install windows

Hey @R9M380, I am not aware of any plans to expand the number of EA games on Mac but will pass your feedback on.

@R9M380  The Origin app works fine on M1 Macs and has since the first of these systems became available.  The few EA games that run in Catalina or Big Sur also run mostly fine on M1 Macs.  But Parallels is not a particularly useful tool for gaming—its graphics drivers are mediocre at best, and running two operating systems at the same time takes extra resources that the game might need.

 

On the other hand, last I heard, Origin didn't work in Crossover, and Bootcamp may never work on M1 Macs, so if you want to play Windows-only games on a newer Mac, Parallels may be your only option.
