Im not getting the Heirloom

@TBF_posso They usually can. And until now every single person claiming this has realized they are actually like 10 to 20 short of what they thought.

@TBF_posso Is there a chance you purchased event skins or store skins? That is typically what happens.

I have 3 heirlooms 2 I got from opening packs alone. First one I got right at 500 packs, second I got some place between 400-500 packs. The third I purchased during the caustic event.
