I was banned on Apex Legend without a reason (reason from EA is i was cheating)

Hi, For godsake I was banned permanently without any notice. EA said that I was using cheating.. but just for real.. my KDA in apex legend was like 0.4+ only.. like seriously? I just started to play back apex legend around 1 month ago and then i was banned immediately. Now i need to wait those dont know what kind of turtle team to respond me. It will take forever to respond I guess.
