I want a buff for the dozer

@CloverDeuce Dozer doesn’t need a buff. In the right conditions he’s an armadillo killing machine, almost unstoppable without C-5. If he’s not in close quarters / inside buildings then his shield is useless. Paiks power is short range. Rao is limited. Liz stands in the open while steering. Boris runs away from his gun (plus its nerfed to garbage). Obviously my point is all the specialists have weaknesses and strengths and they should. A buff for Dozer indeed. This isn’t supposed to be a hero shooter game, it’s a darn war arcade game. Now go frag eh!

@ATFGunrWhat is the weakness of Mackay? The weaknesses of many other specialists is that they are not Mackay. Even in a map with nothing to climb on, the ADS speed boost is massive. Sundance is almost the same though she is countered by Irish.

I believe it is a fact that some specialists are just better and that their masteries are more reasonable.

If Dozer does not deserve a buff then his mastery deserves a massive nerf/ overhaul.

I have rarely seen a concussion grenade. The reason for this is that it makes no sense to use it unless you are going to make an assault.
But if you use it when assaulting, it will hit you too. So I thought we need at least one character who can defend against that...

@yorokoba the thing about flashbang grenades is that you throw them from cover and only act after the bang while the targets have their senses compromised.
But if we let the flashbangs last that long then they would make the game unplayable for people.

The only way the current concussion nades can work well is with cooperation between 2 or more people where one throw the nade while the other charges in and because of the lack of friendly fire, the ally will not be affected.

Since BFV I have learned that the only way to play BF properly is to play with at least 1 more person you know whom can talk to via voice chat. I used to lonewolf since BF3 but I saw my error.

Playing BF games solo is almost like driving a car with half-deflated tires. Costs more in energy and effort for worse results.

@yorokoba Of course. Often the simple solutions are the best solutions.
Personally I prefer the smoke grenade for general purposes (reviving people and helping push) or the spotting grenade (for XP)

@UP_Hawxxeye Dozer mastery should defenitely be changed to projectiles deflected and shieldbashes.

Running in like a juggernau while smoke last and hoping you get a few kills before being flanked by the side is just not fun.

There should be points for bullets who would hit an ally but are blocked by dozer shield

He would still be shot from front and sides, just not from the back to the body.
