I saw this wraith can use his Ultimate Ability 4 times in a few minutes (Look at the picture). The old portal did not gone and the new came out. So I want to know Is it possible that normal people can do it?

Depends I have used 3 with Gibraltar but my team was collecting accelerants just being stupid one game to see how many ults we could use have never tried it with wraith
