If you bought Battlefield V Year 2 Edition you should have all previous Tides of War gear so the catch up bundle is not needed to be bought separately.
Go check Your Company / Armory for those items.

Lot of skins was unlockable since the release of the game and is not necessarily available at the moment.
If you have name of a missed item we can say to you if it's normal or not, as @WindowsManTv_CZE all your item that you should have are normally in your armory .
