Hi I need help I was playing need for speed heat and the game suddenly crashed and took me to the home screen so I relaunched the game and 3 synchronizing pop up.so I get to the menu and chose to go play solo finally I came in my garage but all my money,my cars was gone,and even my character was changed to the default one I spoke with EA 2 times today and both of them told me they couldn't recovered my files and spoke with 2 different xbox agent and confirm me that EA can change the ingame data.
I tried everything deleting data launching the game,going offline and restarting my xbox,doing the power cycle nothing is working can someone please help me find a solution so I can enjoy playing my game I did nothing wrong please help me anyone with any information that will help please thank you to everyone who will/is helping <3 much love
