I need a Punter

I need a Punter to complete the NFC challenge, 70+.  How can I get one w/o buying madden dollars and hoping one is selected for me?  There used to be a very easy way to trade for one.

@Bixler125 I had the same issue, I used the NFC North Rare select pack in the divisional battles program to get a punter. Not the best use of 20 rare badges but got a punter.
