I'm unable to link my Xbox account to origin

I have been trying to link my xbox account to my origin but when I use it to log in it doesn't give me the opion to link, it signs into an account called QXVHA that doesn't exist anywhere I look

Hey @qxvha  I recommend that you reach out to EA support and see what the story is with your Xbox and EA account.

They should be able to help you with that.
