I had an issue with my account, unfortunately it is a recurring issue.
However I don't need to fret, each time I've hit a snag while trying to play games on EA which required tech assistance Origin got back me to in a prompt manner and fix it all up.
I recently had a call and I started off xenophobic as hell cause I thought the call was from a telemarketer.
The man on the other side of the line kept his cool and stayed professional throughout the entire call.
Had it been me, I would be absolutely pissed after being treated like this.
He didn't. He remained cool and asked me a bunch of question making progress into the case, stayed very courteous throughout the call and helped me.
I wish I wouldn't have spoken to him the way I did in the beginning, but despite me being a *; the man's is golden.
I want to give a good review to that man's he's deserving of 4 popcorn bags with butter 1 twizzler 1 hardcandy choklits and a 2 large mix soda; if ever I have an issue with Origin I won't be afraid to send a ticket to Origin, my experience with the company so far has been absolutely great.
