What to when I connect with ea my PS4 acc I lost all my progression all my skin all my heirloom all my weapon skin accept my stat and my banged left what to do

Hey @dainiusxx1992,

Your progress is saved on the EA Account where it was first earned.

This means that if you've recently unlinked a PSN account from an EA Account and have now linked that to a new account, the progress will not carry over.

To fix this you'd need to link your PSN account back to the original EA Account. If you run into any trouble with that or no longer have access to the original EA Account or email address, please reach out to an advisor and they can take a look.
