I have no aim assist on ps5 battlefield 2042

Well this makes sense. I thought it was just poor aiming from my side. Aim assist is set to 100 but greyed out in the menu. Playing on the xbox series x.

Aim assist is fine on ps5, subtle but i can see it sticks when aiming on target. Any more and it will be way to easy.

I have the same problem, in almost every game there is no assist, and when there is assist, it draws my sight away from the one Im shooting at, it’s frustrating like hell!!!!

@sportpixel No or low aim assist it OK as long as everyone has the same challenges (Works well in insurgency sandstorm).

I feel sorry for XBox players up against PC with keyboard and mouse.

However, I think the perception of no aim assist is made worse because of the terrible hit detection in game. You would probably still be complaining about hitting enemy and nothing happen event with full aim assist enabled.

@sportpixel That one is easy to know. Crossplay screwed console gameplay/gunplay. BFV had its issues but the gunplay/gameplay was GREAT. Why did not copy that? Because they've seen Dr Disrespect and others complaining about aim assist on Warzone.
It's better for DICE that big streamers have fun obliterating console players in a "forced" crossplay game (some regions is just IMPOSSIBLE to find a match if we turn it off) and not complaining about aim assist.

Surly this is one of the easier problems they could solve on the server side. I'm no mastermind here but diverting specific formats to certain allocated servers shouldn't be such a big deal, unless they don't really want to of course. I thought they had some new type of server system up and running and that's how they were able to manipulate any specialist problems. 

I'd love a night of PS5 v XboX series X in Rush or breakthrough, sign me up!
