I dont have my stuff from xbox account

I played on my Xbox until like 3rd season and Then had brake to season 4 when i started playing PC. But now i installed Apex Legends but i do not have my stuff

@NotPatiko  Can you just clarify a couple of things please?

Just to clarify, are you missing the cosmetics that you earned BEFORE you switched to PC?

As stated there's no cross progression so naturally your PC cosmetics would not be available on your xbox profile.

Secondly,are you using the same gamer tag, as your account will be linked to the original gamer tag you used.

If yes to both of the above I would recommend filing a ticket with EA support so that they can investigate the issue.

Yeah I'd definitely contact EA if you haven't made an entirely new profile.

Isnt your in game name tied to your gamer tag? So he changes his gamer tag to change the name... That would be a different Apex account?
