Hello I play on console and I use a Scuff controller with 2 extra paddles, a 24" monitor with a 1ms delay so I can see you and kill you around that corner first. 1gig internet, SSD drive, and a gaming chair for the best ergonomic advantages.
However there is one thing I do not have the advantage over filthy casuals and I need recommendations, because it's so much different with Apex Legends vs other games.
I am having a very very hard time finding a good balance between gameplay audio and chat. I find myself constantly changing my settings just so I can hear footsteps just to switch them seconds later so I can hear my party.
Does anyone have any recommendations for mics that they feel balance out the game and party chat perfectly?
Thank you

Haven't been there personally, but I've heard it's legit.
@Paneross accept this as a solution ^

Wel...
If you need something that can balance voice and game at the same time the
SteelSeries Arctis Pro GameDAC is something you are going to love.
A bit on the expensive side but the best headset on the market atm.
The GameDaC lets you change you audio presets real time.
And the mic is one of the better ones but lacks a bit of depth.
