i cant find the advertisment of fifa 23 pre order inside fifa 22

- Do you own the game via EA Play or did you purchase the game in its full version?

I made my account when i purchased and i bought the game on discount

I am not getting the full discount either.

• i have an EA play subscription
• the pre order banner is showing in game
• when i click it, i am sent to the store
• the price there is 80,99 instead of 89,99 because of the EA play 10%
• the 10% from preordering in game are not applied for me
• tried both on the ps4 and ps5 version of the game. Same issue for both

I have EA play and I wanted to get the double preorder sale (10% EA play, 10% preorder through FIFA).

But when I go to preorder through FIFA it only applies the 10% discount from EA play, the preorder advertise in game is missing.

I think there might a bit of confusion here. 

The regular Ultimate Edition is 99.99€ and will be discounted with 10% if you own EA Play = 99.99 (original price)  -9.999 (EA Play discount) = 89.99 (Original Price - EA Play discount) 

If you now enter the game and want to pre-order with the loyalty bonus, you get another 10% discount. = 89.99 (Original price - EA play discount) - 8,999 (10% loyalty discount) = 80.99 (Original price - EA Play discount - Loyalty discount)

So 80.99 is the cheapest you can get with both discounts applied.

@EA_rephii Well, in my case I can’t select the Ultimate Edition… It only shows the Standard Edition.. why not?

Do you own the Ultimate Edition for FIFA 22 on a Next Gen console? 
If yes, could you try to launch both versions (Old Generation and Next Generation) and see if in one of them the banner is appearing?

@EA_rephiiAlready tried that and only the Standard Edition is appearing. Yes, I bought FIFA 22 UE last year

Edit: When I launch the PS4 version, I only see the SE for the PS4. If I do that for the PS5, I only see the SE for the PS5.
