I can't log in or make an account

I bought Spore of steam. My EA account wont log in or register. The message only says unknown error

Yea same here. "An unknown error has occurred during registration. Please try again."

Hello! Steam user here, you're not the only one. This is a problem for anyone who bought the game from anywhere but Origin.

Follow these steps:

- Go to steam

- Click Spore from library

- Press the gear icon

- Get your product code

- Open Origin or Origin's website

- Login to Origin

- Redeem code -> put in your product code

- Startup Spore

- Create an account now

@WSClaws what if this didn't work? i registered with EA and it popped up in origin's website but it still wont let me
