I can't link my accounts!

I've tried signing into my EA account with my Psn but it hits me with the "expired credentials" I've already change the password twice and its the right email too!! When I tried hopping on star wars battlefront 2 it said it has sent an email to reset or update password to an old email (it only gave me 3 fist letters of the email) that I don't even remember. Please help I cant play any EA games, I'm losing hope and probably never play a EA game again until I can resolve this issue
