I bought ea play on steam but I don't have it on origin

Hello, I bought the ea play offer on steam, to be able to buy fifa 23 and I don't know if it's a mistake or it's like that, but in my origin account, which is linked to steam, I don't have ea play activated. I would like to know if it is a mistake or is it so.

Hey @semaluco,

if you purchased EA Play on Steam, you will be only able to use it on Steam and not on Origin, although the accounts are connected.
