I was banned I don’t understand why plus never got the email  explaining why was banned  ....  this is so interesting ..... 

Unfortunately can’t no longer stream ea games at this point this so stupid ...

This could arrive a bit later but should arrive in your inbox.

If you think this ban was applied to your account by mistake.
You contact the ToS team here to appeal your ban.

Make sure you don't have any programs interfering with the game.
We don't really debate about bans here on the forums but if you have any questions.

Yeah, no idea what is going on. I'm sure it's not related to cheating either. This is a MAJOR problem right now it seems. Thank you for voicing this since it's been an issue with several players. I have a personal friend this has happened to for no reason whatsoever. He appealed it but still no word back and it's been 7 business days already (he was promised 5). So he's grinding on a new account without issues, but "he must be cheating".

Lazy EA not addressing issues (just gives lip service) and horrible anti-cheat system.

Word of advice, create a new account and you'll be good. If you spent money on the banned account, then you're SOL

Also, this has been an issue since BF4 and the recent BF1 (cause those names make complete sense in order)
