How to unlock ban me from BFV

I didn't use a hack on this game. But I have been banned from online access so i can't play multiplayer. My freind have borrow my username and my password to play BFV. I haven't play this game for 2 or 3 days.When I came back to play I was banned. I think my friend might use my account to hack a game. Please help me. I want to play this game again. I have achieve a many trophy on this game.This only one game i have play on my computer. My mom buy for me on birthday. please unlock ban me on this game. How can i unlock ban me form battlefieldV ? Anyone that know how to unlock ban for me .Please answer me.
