How to improve enemy visibility?

Just played a round on Thermal Station Arena mode, and it was super hard for me to spot the enemies. (1x Scope, 110 FOV)

Besides that, I also have problems shooting through smoke, termites or Revenant grenades while the enemy can always laser me through it. 

They don't have the golden scope ...

@Shertgun Turn your FOV down and everything gets bigger and easier to see. Tho things will appear to move slowly.

well try reshade with only LumaSharpen on, so far its not bannable....pretty sure
