How to go to bookmarks in spore hq

I have tried to get to my bookmarks in the 'help section' (?) of the website, but I just figured out that I need to get to the correct forum... It has to do with the game 'Spore', but it's also about my EA account. Which forum do I need to go to, and how do I get there?
