How to counter a Rev push?

This is not your "Remove *insert legend name*  in the game, he's so broken" thread but instead a genuine question on how do you guys counter a well coordinated Rev push? It's so hard to fight off a team with an extra 100 life even without an Octane on their squad. Even if we have sent all three of them back, your armor is cracked or near cracked already then they'll attack for round. I haven't seen any complaints recently so we must be doing something wrong. What we usually do is just run and wait for the rev ult to subside but sometimes we don't have a mobility legend.

@Cheese9Man   there is no perfect counter as such I don't think, it's more of a situational thing.(at least as far as im aware anyway)

Creating killboxes are another good way of dealing with rev ults. If you can funnel the enemy team, e.g a narrow hall or a doorway etc it's simply just a matter of unloading rounds into them. Again situational though.
