That does seem a little too long. It might be worth trying live chat or phone call to see what's going on if no progress has been made.

Hey @Croptiks, our teams aim to respond within 14 working days but during busy periods it can take a little longer.

If you have a case open then the best thing to do is to be patient and keep an eye on your email for a response.
