How do you increase tickets for Rush?

I see different Rush rooms with higher ticket counts and I can only create a room with 75 tickets. Editor is grayed out, so I wonder how these other Rush servers get created.

@MEDIC2KILL  you change REINFORCEMENT MULTIPLIER on the game mode settings.
