How do you find out how long your ban time is?

I recently decided to do some updating after being inactive for 18 months and give the new seasons of Apex a try. However, when my first game launched, I got the typical ban message. Is there a way to locate how long the account is banned or if it is permanently banned? I put in an appeal, but I'm sure that would take 6-8 months to get an answer. I'd much rather wait for the ban to be over if it's 2-3 weeks, 60-90 days. I don't really play much anyways.

If it's permanent, I also don't mind just deleting the game either.

Finally, I rather not get the cookie-cutter response of putting in a ticket. I already did that. Hopefully, to avoid that type of answer, I provided a copy/paste in this thread so mods don't have to.

You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

Hey @Fate-FellSh0rt there is nothing that we can do in relation to TOS issues on AHQ beyond providing you with the steps to speak with our TOS team.

If you have a case open with the team then you will need to give them time to respond.
