How do I link my ps4 account to my EA account

I have been trying so hard to figure out how to link my electronic arts account to my PlayStation 4 Account on  The electronic arts website my profile says I have no linked accounts and I cannot find for the life of me where to add my PlayStation account I haven’t used an Electronic arts account  on my PlayStation 4 so it is not automatically linked through some game I’m just trying to get my twitch prime on my Apex legends account but it seems impossible right now please help!
