How do I change my email address if I can't answer the security question?

I wish to change the email connected to my EA account as I no longer have access to said email but upon trying to change it I am asked a security question I do no recall ever using as it does not apply to me (it is asking for a favourite pet name despite me never having a pet). Could someone forward me to some sort of EA support staff as I cannot find a direct way to contact anyone other than creating this post.

Hello There,

I understand that you have forgotten your security question I am on Anti-Seizure meds so I forget my passwords quite frequently.

You can email, chat or phone which may be a better option for you.

Now some suggestions on how to remember this I have done some tricks 

1. Text it to myself just make sure phone is lock with password

2. Email yourself it with two step processing it's likely easier

3. Turn it into a sentence like I don't use but love

Security Question Example:

ilovedisney2019

Make sure numbers are added I like to include a memory or date I love most this helps me remember

Another option right it in a diary lock it with a key and your safe because it helps you remember.
