The scatter grenade isn't going to kill about bunch of people outside of a close quarters situation where nobody is playing Irish and using the trophy system. If players are all camped into a tight space and nobody puts down a trophy system, you deserve all the grenade spam that's coming your way. It's the most effective way to flush out campers without rushing them head on in a tight space.

@UP_Hawxxeye the spam was an issue prior to the challenge. I know nobody wants to lose some effectiveness with their previous op Sundance. But it is needed. Slow her Regen down, decrease blast radius at the very least.

But if it was fine before the new map, then it means that any change will make her useless anywhere else.

The scatter grenade is just a bad idea. But this goes for a lot of the specialists designs, it makes BF not BF anymore.

Even if its not a problem on most maps, the scatter-grenade still fails in CQC, it should never have been in the game.

And the rock-paper-scissor system fails with so many specific counters to a lot of specific weapons/gadgets. The game becomes way too random and much less skill-based. If you encounter enemies, you must hope that you have the right counter for what-ever stupid weapon/gadget you meet.

if there isn't an irish near you perhaps you need to start playing as irish?  i get tons of exp as irish with an ammo box on exposure

@PsubondAt the same time people take issue with lack of content and also at the same time dislike the game having a variety of killing methods.

There are better games for barebones shooters

It's only become an issue on exposure with Sundance. It's become a popular tactic. I'm never a fan of a nerf but I can see it happening. I can finally max out Irish because of that map lol. It's the first time his gadget is useful.

I feel they made her grenades a scatter instead of a frag as a nerf from the start. They sucked before exposure because 1 of them can't kill you. But the fast Regen ability makes them very useful in tight indoor encounters
