@AarronDante Unfortunately, no one on this forum is able to assist with account bans, as they are not with the Terms of Service (ToS) team. You will need to contact the ToS team via the link provided in the first reply in this thread, and await response from them. I would also check to make sure which email address you have linked to your EA/Apex account, to make sure the email goes to the correct place, since you have not seen one regarding the ban.
