Weekly rewards should be available the next week for 1,700cc. Chapter rewards like the Fire Rake will be made available sometime after the entire chapter has finished.

Yes, by purchasing it with Company Coin.

IIRC, they were all priced at 1700 Cc.

The exception so far was the fireaxe melee weapon.
