Hi. I'm Hellfire. I just wanted to say real quick that I really like the Origin service. Been using it for years. It seems to me EA takes a lot of flack for a lot of things but I have always received nothing but an A+ gaming experience from them.

Recently I had an issue with a game and billing for said game - it was resolved super quick, no questions asked. I don't really get this experience anywhere else (e.g. Steam, Uplay, etc). I also did not see a place to leave a comment like this anywhere else (I apologize if I missed it), other than taking a survey, which I whole-heartedly did.

So thanks EA. You're cool in my book.
