I was hacked couple of days ago, I talked to different persons thru chat to recover my account we're successful doing that. Then, I changed my email, security question, or any security measures available in Origin, but the hacker was still able to change the email of my account. What should I do next?

I think using Login Authentication is the key to preventing this issue recurring:

That is also call Two Factor Authentication and it relies on you inputting a code received to your phone or email, maybe in your case choose to receive the codes to your phone.

Hi Barry,

I have login authetication on using my alternate email and phone.

Also, when I checked my resolved cases I noticed that this hacker is contacting EA support to steal my account.
