Hacked account: Apex legends

Hi , so I suspected that my account got hacked this passed Sunday (Apex Legends).

I was online the night before, even took a photo of my progress just in case i loose points whiles trying to rank up. then at least i can say i had so many points lol.

when I finally got online the 2 days later, i noticed a few things:

Mouse sens was very high

My ranked points was little high

and some keys were different (tactical and ultimate)

a day later a noticed that my blue shards were less went from 2050 to 1750, i then changed my password and starting asking around to report a possible hack on my account.

so today i received an email confirmation that my account was hacked and some sort of cheat was used so now my account is obviously locked.

How can i get things back to the way it was because, i do purchase battle passes to help and support the game. would really like to have my account back.

@CptDriFTy  Hey bud.

You'll have to make your case with the EA support team. There should be information explaining how you can start the appeal process on the email you received.

Thats about the only advice we can give you from here i'm afraid.

They wont do anything about it, They will recommend you secure your account and thats it.

I am in your situation also, lost around 1.5k coins and 5k crafting materials. 

They wont bring em back . Thanks EA !
