Graphics problem

Just a dumb question but i am having overheat and low FPS problems when playing Apex despite having lowered setting to i think the minimum, what caused this?

AMD Radeon pro 3100 ( 2gb VRAM) / i7-8550

but it could be caused by some factors, high disk usage, CPU usage, malware, bad optimizations after windows/driver updates, or something that you can't do anything about like the game details itself is getting heavier and your PC can't render as fast as before.
