Got banned on a hardcore sever no reson at all the server is called || NOOBS INFANTRY CONQUEST || JIEXOTA 3AXBAT || KPM<1 cus one of the admins didint belive i use skills..

Hey @Dreadsaniac was it a private server you were banned from?

If so there is nothing that we can do to assist in relation to overturning your ban. If you feel that a mistake was made by the admin then you will need to speak with them in relation to an appeal.

I’m also giving the steps to contact ToS team:

1. Head to https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/
2. Select Origin as the product.
3. Select your platform.
4. Select “Manage my account” as the topic.
5. Select “Banned or suspended account” as the issue.
6. Compose a new massage to ToS team.
7. The ToS team will investigate your account in few days.

yea me too i don't know if i got banned but everytime i try to join i keep getting kicked by punkbuster instantly when the map loads and i can join every other server

Hey @CT-1806-Glitch if you have a TOS sanction on your account then you will need to speak to our Terms of Service team.

The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

1. Click Contact usat the top of any page on EA Help.
2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
3. Choose your platform.
4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
5. Fill out any other details below.
   • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
6. Click Select contact option.
7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.
