Goalkeeping sucks

Ok I was playing matches on Rush for 3 hours and began to notice something.  Everytime my goalkeeper (no matter who I picked) was getting challenged, he barely dived to save the ball.

On 11v11’s, Courtois (who is my keeper) consistently makes the efforts to stop my opponents from scoring, whereas in Rush, he does nothing at all. Just dives on the spot and I concede no matter what happens.

I just don’t see the point in Goalkeepers in Rush, they’re useless in my opinion. 

Is there like some secret method to make them good? Or are they actually useless?
