Glitch needs to be fixed now pls [ Edited ]

On the western style map ( forgot the name of it sry ) if any of the opposing team can get onto the roof of the point that needs capturing ( its the point after the Mines ) you are unable to capture it, it stays as if someone from the opposite team is in the barn but they are on the roof, and because there is a huge chimney they can easily hide and kill you while you try to get to them.  This needs to be fixed asap pls.  As it seems players are blind and don't use a mic to hear me telling them to get the players off the roof.

If no one is using a mic or listening to you it may be due to VOIP being turned off by default.

Even if you have it ON your teammates won't be able to hear you unless the have it on as well and it's not obvious unless you are looking for the settings. You might be better off recording footage of this and forwarding it to a dev directly via social media to improve your chances of it being noticed.
