After a lot of digging around I found an article from April 2019 from the community manager at respawn saying that they going to temporarily disable the report function on PlayStation that was over 2 years ago go and PlayStation still does not have a report function if the person responsible cannot fix it then replace them with someone that can as the type of cheating with occurs on PlayStation uses macros these are easy to spot at responds end just looking at the input so they can easily set up a computer program to review reports of cheetahs and then have it automatically banned them if it finds suspect inputs
