Give Level Cap People a Way to Earn Packs

Apex is very likely my most-played game since I first gave it a try pre-S1. I'm somewhere in the lower to mid-300s, I think. Didn't play as much this season and the last, though. If I'd been consistently playing as much as I did a few seasons ago I might've crossed 400.

@NaRnIaaaI believe reason the level cap hasn't been increased is more of a business decision to not give people that play the game a lot more stuff.

Also saying a "handful" is ridiculous based on my definition of what that is.

@E9ine_AC I was laughing at the handful comment. I'd guess 20% are 500 or beyond tho.

@hayhor I just had a look at apex tracker for my rough level. I'm on xbox so not sure if these stats are overall or platform. Interestingly it says I'm:

Level 751, #22,707, top 2%.

We would need someone who just got level 500 on each pkatform to give us their figures to know the exact % of level 500's, but that would still include smurfs.

@TheRealJayDee1 I started like 2 or 3 weeks before season 2 ended & and I reached 500 in S6!
