Getting kicked from clubs?

So, I share an Xbox with four other individuals. I have tried joining a club several times now, and every time I log out of my account to let another play, I get a message saying I have been removed from the club do to crossplay settings being changed or something like that. I will take a screenshot of it and edit this message later. Thanks in advance to anyone who answers this question.
