Getting Banned penalty for no reason.

Occasionally I play the terrible new ranked arenas mode after work. For the 6th goddammit time I have been lag kicked out of the game, and your stupid game responds with "reservation timed out" and delivers me a 10 minute ban. I work 80 hour weeks and play this in my downtime. Fix your terrible mode, and stop banning me for a game bug kicking me from the game out of the blue.
