really I had never been pissed off playing a broken game, eventually I already uninstall this * game just 2 weeks after launch, and I been playing BF since 1942, this is 2042 garbage contents.
where can you refund me back my DLC and half of my money ? *! do not delete my post when I have my rights to give you a player feedback, and I paid $100 for this crab,I dont think I would ever preorder any another game from ea battle field again...sad Garabge.

He's a community manager, not a dev or representative of EA's sales or legal team, nor an employee of Steam or whatever platform you bought this game on.
Being disappointed is 1 thing and completely understandable but some basic civility and respect is just common decency.
Just check whatever rules apply to where you bought the product (14 days after purchase and more than 2 hours played = usually no-go for refund on Steam unfortunately).
If you would like to see if your purchase is eligible for a refund, I recommend taking a look at the refund policies of the store where you bought it from.
Or your local retailer.
